We recognize that circumstances may necessitate changes to your plans. If you need to cancel, modify, or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice. Clients who provide this advance notice will not incur any charges. However, cancellations, rescheduling, or modifications made without 48 hours' notice or failure to attend the appointment will result in a 50% charge based on the scheduled services. We highly value both our clients' and our stylists' time, and thus, guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may be declined service. Punctuality is crucial to upholding the quality of our services. While we acknowledge that emergencies can occur, we will assess such situations on an individual basis.
